William Kittilstad is an FHA approved, state certified residential appraiser with 24 yrs experience who specializes in detailed appraisal review, including retrospective reviews, for legal, taxation/estate, mortgage lending and private mortgage insurance companies.

William and his experienced associates provide a wide variety of dependable and accurate residential appraisal services as well as an array of real estate valuation services, including but not limited to appraisal review, relocation appraisal, post- and pre-funding quality control, mortgage fraud detection and prevention  and consultation services throughout the Northern Virginia, Washington DC and  Baltimore/Annapolis MD metro area markets.
